Coffee is not just made; it is brewed. We follow rigorous standards to ensure a delicious cup every time. This begins with a precise 1:18 ratio: 10 grams of coffee for every 180ml of filtered water, heated between 90 and 96 degrees. We grind our beans only at the moment of use, matching the texture to the method: coarse for the press, medium-fine for the pour-over. This is the foundation of a cup we are proud to serve.

Slurping is perfectly acceptable here. It splashes the palate and introduces the entire mouth to the fantastic flavors of the brew. The second slurp reinforces these profiles, allowing you to connect with your coffee and the world you journey through.

The Geography of Flavor

Latin American lots offer crisp acidity and nutty cocoa notes, while African and Arabian beans provide luscious, juicy floral profiles. We roast from light to dark to preserve these identities, from mellow sweetness to bold, full-bodied depths.
